Today we had a one-day seminar on customer service. Some of the things we learned was how to disperse stress by taking "one-minute vacations" or by simply clapping and saying "Hoo-hoo-hahaha, I'm amazing, I'm amazing, I'm amazing!" During one of the breaks of the seminar, Esther, Babie and I played around with the free-for-all candies.
