Another day of official business downtown. We parked at the back of City Hall while Chris did his errands. This is Carmen Bridge. During Typhoon Sendong, the waters reached as high as the buttresses on the bridge. Beyond that, you could see the yellow trucks of the contractor who is building some sort of river embankment protection.
