It is Sir Noli's birthday today! He asked Resty to cook dinuguan for us, then served it with bread and pancit. I'm not usually a dinuguan eater, but Resty's version is spicy, saucy and pretty darn good with bread to sop it up and Coke to wash it down.

i love dinuguan! this looks yummy. :)
