023 - The Day the Dragonfly's Tail Gave it Away

It was drizzling so I went out hoping to catch some photos of raindrops on the leaves. Suddenly I caught sight of this dragonfly on the grass. I like dragonflies, so I bent down to take a closer look. This one was so small and well-camouflaged that if it hadn't been for the bright orange tail, I would have missed it. The dragonfly gamely posed for a photo before flitting away. Serendipity!

    Very nice, similar to macrophotography, something I would want to learn someday.

    very good shot sis! :) i also miss seeing dragonflies.. the downside of not having a garden at home.. :(
