Today I made the mango topping to go with the cheesecake I mixed up last night. The reason I had to mess around in the kitchen is because Vicky, a family friend, would be visiting this evening.
Vicky sent a message afterwards: "I was very, very touched by your hospitality. In Manila, I seldom get to eat in friends' homes. And desserts are normally store-bought. Thank you for your thoughtfulness." :)
