Because Emmie's wedding was far away and we couldn't attend, Rose made a collection envelope and passed it around the office, and we bought her gift with the proceeds. We made sure to save some as cash so that the newlyweds could buy what they needed. Today, her first day reporting since becoming a Mrs., Emmie was surprised and happy to find a silver box waiting on her table, holding treasures start off her new life with her hubby.
