It is the beginning of a very busy week. Not only will we have our audit towards the end of the week, but we have dry runs and looming deadlines. Lunch break has always been that one hour every day when we could step back from the stress of work and just relax. Normally we eat in the conference room, but today we had lunch outside the office at KFC courtesy of Sir BJ.
