Day 243 - The Day I Crash-Coursed Learning to Flambé

Sir Emgee was supposed to flambé the sauce for the banana cake we were serving our guests in a couple of days, but he found out that he had to join a meeting, so I was tasked to do it. Since I've never flambéed anything before, I spent a panicked half-hour learning to flambé with brandy after picking up tips from YouTube.
