Weng and I celebrated our friend John's birthday even though he's currently abroad. We had dinner out and had his favorite eggnog cheesecake for dessert. We even put a candle on top, sang happy birthday and had Weng's daughter blow it just to make things more festive.
We sometimes do that sis too. Before, kahit nasa abroad si hubby naghahanda kami pag bday nya. My other cousins who have husbands abroad do that too. :)
