It was the first time I recall it being Storm Signal No. 2 in Cagayan de Oro, but I had to stay late in the office to finish some tasks. The rain and wind was already picking up by the time I went downstairs at 8:00, so I asked the guard to call me a taxi because I was worried about the weather and wanted to get home quickly. We had to take an alternate route because some parts of the city were already getting flooded. It was brownout by the time I got home so I used two flashlights to take a picture of the Christmas balls. Little did I know what that night had in store for the city.
