Mom and I went to PVAO in Camp Evangelista to get some documents. It is the headquarters of the 4th Infantry Division, as we were walking towards PVAO, we noticed that many soldiers were lined up in the field. It turns out that AFP Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Ricardo David, Jr. was saying his farewells to the 4th ID. When we had finished our business at PVAO, the ceremony was over, so instead I took a photo of the 4th ID's motto printed over the entrance of one of the buildings.
