075 - The Day His World Turned Upside Down

These two boys came over the office asking for donations. Normally we don't entertain solicitations, but they were polite and a discreet Google check confirmed that they were who they said they were. The boys are members of Saint Squad, a local dance group who were selected to join ABS-CBN's Showtime. They were trying to raise money so they could go to Manila where the show would be taped.

They gave us a little demo of their breakdancing before we turned over the envelope with our contributions. It was a small step towards their dreams.
